Weekend festivals in Laugharne with poetry, biography, music, film, radio and comedy – for Dylan

Join us in a town of ‘pubs, mud, cockles, flatfish, curlews, rain and human, often all too human, beings.’

To celebrate Dylan Thomas’s Centenary the team behind the Laugharne Weekend will be presenting three special festival weekends, each one inspired by a different aspect of Dylan’s talent. The poetry and theatre weekend took place in May and was a great success. Thanks to everyone who came along. The second Dylan Weekend will take place from the 19th to 21st September 2014, with a celebration of specifically Welsh music and film. Guests so far booked include Gruff Rhys, the Young Marble Giants and Cate LeBon. More details to follow in the next week or so. Tickets will be on sale very soon.

The third and final weekend will run from September 26-28 and celebrate radio and comedy. More soon.
